I talk about a bicarb scrub in this video, it’s a gem of a scrub and I’ve never used anything quite as effective. Perfect for all skin types, here’s how you make it:
Equal parts Bicarb & Crystal wash for the ultimate face & body scrub!
Mix equal parts bicarb soda and Crystal wash (or any water-based wash). Say 1/2 teaspoon of each. Done! Use it once or twice a week for clear, even skin. Perfect for all over your body as well.
